When can I cancel?
- Scheduled deliveries: cancel up to 4 hours before the selected delivery window, free of charge.
- Same-day orders: cancel within 30 minutes of placing the order, before our florists start assembly. After assembly begins, the order is locked.
- Midnight and special-time slots: cancel at least 6 hours before the scheduled window.
How do I cancel?
Email hello@magadhflorist.com with your order number, or reach us through the contact page. Our team will confirm the cancellation within an hour during working hours (9 AM – 8 PM IST).
Refunds
- Full refund to the original payment method when cancelled within the eligible window.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The bank may take an extra day or two to reflect it on your statement.
- If you'd prefer store credit instead of a money refund, just say so in your cancellation email — we'll issue it the same day, and you can use it on any future order.
When we may cancel
Occasionally we have to cancel an order from our end. The usual reasons:
- Recipient unreachable after multiple attempts at the delivery window.
- Recipient declined to accept the delivery.
- Address out of our Patna service area, or pincode not serviceable on that date.
- Stock shortfall on a specific stem that we can't substitute meaningfully.
- Visible pricing error caught before dispatch.
In every case, you get a full refund within 5–7 business days, and we'll write to you with the reason before the cancellation hits.
Re-attempts
If the first delivery attempt fails because the recipient wasn't reachable, we'll try once more — same day if there's still time, otherwise the next morning. After two failed attempts, the order is cancelled and the refund is processed.
