1. What we collect
When you order from Magadh Florist, we collect the minimum information needed to deliver to you cleanly:
- Your name, phone number, and email — for order updates and receipts.
- The recipient's name, address, and phone — so we can hand the order over.
- A short message, if you choose to include one with the gift.
- Order history and saved preferences, when you create an account.
- Payment details, processed by our payment gateway — Magadh Florist never sees or stores raw card or UPI data.
- Anonymous browsing telemetry (pages, device, referrer) to keep the site fast and to fix what breaks.
2. How we use it
- To process, prepare, and deliver your order across Patna.
- To send order confirmations, dispatch updates, and the occasional delivery photograph.
- To handle support requests and quality reports.
- To send Patna-specific offers and seasonal previews — only if you opted in at checkout. One-click unsubscribe in every email.
3. Who we share it with
Magadh Florist does not sell customer data. We share only what's necessary, with:
- Our delivery riders and partner couriers, so they can find the door.
- Our payment gateway, so they can reconcile the transaction.
- Our SMS and email providers, for transactional notifications.
- Authorities, if compelled by a valid Indian legal request.
4. How we keep it safe
The site runs end-to-end over HTTPS. Card and UPI data are tokenised by the gateway and never touch our servers. Account passwords are hashed. Customer records are restricted to the small studio team that needs them.
5. Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Show you the personal data we hold on you.
- Correct anything that's wrong or outdated.
- Delete your account and the data attached to it (orders may be retained where Indian tax law requires).
- Stop sending you marketing emails — instantly, with no friction.
