Where we deliver
Magadh Florist delivers across Patna and the surrounding pincodes — Boring Road, Kankarbagh, Rajendra Nagar, Bailey Road, Khemnichak, Danapur, and the central 800xxx pincode belt. Type your pincode on any product page to see same-day or scheduled options for that address.
Delivery windows
- Same-day: order by 2:00 PM IST. Dispatch begins immediately after assembly; most same-day deliveries land between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
- Next-day standard: any order placed after the 2 PM cut-off ships out the following morning for delivery between 10 AM and 7 PM.
- Scheduled: pick a date and time-band at checkout up to 30 days in advance.
- Midnight surprise: selected pincodes only. Delivery between 11 PM and 12:30 AM on the chosen date. Available on the product page when supported for your pincode.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on orders above ₹499 within Patna city limits.
- Standard delivery is charged based on pincode and product type — the exact amount appears at checkout once you enter the address.
- Midnight and special-time slots carry a small surcharge, also shown at checkout.
How orders are handled
- Order placed and paid — you get a WhatsApp and email confirmation within minutes.
- Assembly begins at the studio. For same-day orders, this is within an hour of payment.
- Dispatch — our rider picks up the order and heads out. You receive a tracking update with the rider's name and number.
- Delivery — we hand the order over to the recipient (or someone at the address) and send a quick confirmation snap to you.
Address & contact
- Please double-check the recipient's address and phone before placing the order — wrong details are the most common cause of failed deliveries.
- If the recipient is at an office, mention the floor, desk, or company name in the address line.
- If it's a surprise, leave the recipient's phone number so we can confirm directly with them rather than calling you and ruining the moment.
Failed attempts
If the recipient is unreachable on the first attempt, we'll wait at the address for up to 15 minutes and try again later the same day if there's time. If that also fails, the order is held at the studio and we'll reach out to you for a fresh slot. After two unsuccessful attempts, the order is cancelled and refunded per our cancellation policy.
International & out-of-Patna orders
Currently, Magadh Florist delivers within Patna and the immediate surrounding pincodes only. For deliveries to other Indian cities, please reach out via the contact page — we have studio partners in major cities who fulfil on our behalf.
